What happened
A full house at the H'ART Museum debated where European arbitration is heading, from the proposed reform of the Dutch Arbitration Act to the EU's evolving stance on intra-EU investment disputes after Achmea and Komstroy. Yulia Levashova's keynote on sustainability and investment arbitration drew the liveliest discussion, and the closing panel pressed on how Amsterdam can compete with London, Paris and Geneva as a seat. The day ended with a drinks reception overlooking the Amstel.
