What we are
The name is a legal term: the right to be heard, the standing to bring a matter. That is the idea. Whether you are a practitioner, someone with a dispute, a neutral or an institution, you should know where you stand and what your options are.

Established in London at LIDW26, by the alumni of QMUL. Built across London and India, with the case engine that already runs live institutional caseloads.
How we hold the line
We do the scale work; humans keep the judgment. We do not rate people, and we do not sell coverage. The editorial reports the work, it does not score the people doing it. The case engine allocates neutrals by round-robin, documented and auditable, so neutrality is a matter of record rather than reputation.
